- Next, click the Checkout button ONLY when finished shopping (can be found on the Cart page)
- Enter the required information on the Checkout Page and select your Payment Option if required
- Read and Accept our Terms & Conditions
- Click Place Order
- Wait for the Confirmation Page and take note of your Order Number and instructions for NLCB payments if necessary
PayPal payments would be redirected to PayPal's website and converted to USD for payments to be made. Following successful payment, you will be redirected to our website and shown your Order Details.

The status of your Order and the next step depends on your Payment method chosen
Cash on Delivery
Your Order enters a Processing period for up to 24hrs before being shipped.
An email would be sent to you with the Courier's information for tracking purposes or to make specific arrangements when it is shipped.
Your order is On Hold for 3 Working Days until payment is made.
Following payment, your Order is passed on to a Courier / TTPOST and the relevant information for tracking your package would be sent to your email.
All unpaid Orders that require payments to be made via an NLCB outlet would be cancelled after Three (3) Working days.
Once payment is successful, your Order will be shipped within 24 Working hours.
Unsuccessful payments would be Cancelled immediately.
Please be advised that Payment Methods available are limited by the Delivery Method which is in turn limited by the delivery area (remote / non-remote)
STANDARD DELIVERY (via Local Courier)
The first delivery attempt is usually made by the Courier within 1 - 3 Working Days.
All Orders are Returned and Cancelled after three (3) delivery attempts.

Please note that any dates quoted for the delivery of Product(s)/Service(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. We aim to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product(s)/Service(s) within the estimated delivery time.
We are online retailers, there is no physical walk-in outlet at the moment.
Trinidad and Tobago
Once the Order is in Processing or On Hold Status - it can be cancelled without any penalties.
Cancelled Orders that have already been paid for would be issued a refund via a Redeemable Coupon
